The CCM U+ Fit05 hockey elbow pad offers a great of protection ideal for recreational play and some intermediate play. The Fit05 elbow pad has a light low bulk feel, with a minimalist design.

CCM has used a two piece with Free-Flexx construction connecting the piece with elastic for improved mobility. The CCM fit 05 elbow pad features a deep elbow and forearm guard to all the arm to sit deep inside. The Fit05 elbow pad features fewer plastic inserts and thinner foams than the Fit07 elbow pad, giving the Fit05 a nice light feel great for rec play.
